What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session identifiers. They help a website remember information, keep a shopping cart working, maintain a secure login, and provide reliable page performance.
Cookies currently used by Fonraya
Fonraya currently uses only cookies and similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate the online store, provide features requested by the customer, maintain security, and improve technical performance. We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Shopping cart and checkout
WooCommerce uses session cookies to remember the contents of your cart, recognise changes to the cart, connect checkout activity to the correct session, and support order processing. Common names include woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Exact names and durations may change when WooCommerce is updated.
Account login and security
WordPress and WooCommerce may set cookies when you log in, create an account, request a password reset, or access protected account features. These cookies authenticate the session, help prevent unauthorised access, and remember limited account preferences. Common names may begin with wordpress_logged_in_, wordpress_sec_, wordpress_test_cookie, or wp-settings-.
Security, caching, and performance
Our hosting, security, and caching systems may use short-lived identifiers to deliver pages efficiently, detect technical problems, balance traffic, and protect the store from misuse. These technologies are not used by Fonraya to build advertising profiles.
Strictly necessary cookies
The cookies described above are necessary for services you request, such as adding products to a cart, checking out, remaining logged in, and protecting the site. Because they are required for these functions, the website does not offer an on-site switch to disable them. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the cart, checkout, and customer account may stop working correctly.
Optional cookies
Fonraya does not currently activate optional analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies. If we add an optional category in the future, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate choice before activating those cookies where consent is required under Thailand’s PDPA.
External services
If you follow a link to LINE, a payment provider, a delivery provider, or another website, you leave Fonraya and that service may set its own cookies under its own policies. Fonraya does not control cookies placed after you move to an external website or application.
Managing cookies

Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when website features, service providers, or Thai legal requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
