Thailand-only store
Fonraya is intended for customers located in Thailand, and orders are accepted for delivery within Thailand unless we expressly agree otherwise. Prices are displayed in Thai baht. You must provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.
Dietary supplements, not medicines
The products sold by Fonraya are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Website content, product descriptions, customer reviews, and conversations with us are general product information and are not medical advice or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor.

Delivery

Delivery may be affected by the courier, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for providing an accurate address and reachable telephone number belongs to the customer. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery was repeatedly refused or unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply before reshipment.
Damaged, incorrect, or unwanted products
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the product, packaging, and delivery label until we have reviewed the issue.
For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used dietary supplements generally cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai consumer-protection law. Approved refunds or replacements will be handled using a reasonable method appropriate to the original order.
