Fonraya wants customers to be able to browse products, understand important information, and place orders regardless of ability, device, or method of access. We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to improve the website over time.

- Keep forms and checkout instructions as clear and concise as possible.
- Allow browser zoom and text resizing without intentionally blocking them.
- Use plain language for product, delivery, privacy, and customer-service information.
Compatibility
The store is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Known limitations
Some parts of the store are provided by WordPress, WooCommerce, the Botiga theme, payment or delivery services, and other third parties. We may not be able to control every aspect of their accessibility. Some product packaging or promotional images may contain text that is not fully available to a screen reader. External services reached through links, including LINE, have their own accessibility features and limitations.
We are working to keep important product information available as real webpage text rather than only inside images. If information you need is unavailable in an accessible format, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide it another way.
